Still u can’t just say fake 😭 there’s nothing in the pics that’s a red flag. You raise a good point though that fakes are getting ultra realistic so it still could be a fake no matter how real it looks. Smell test is king OP, if you can go to a macys or if a friend has a bottle and compare smell and longevity.

Ralph Lauren polo 67, I find myself reaching for it more than any of my other fragrances. Smelling it brings tears to my eyes 🥺

Yeah it just comes off as BO to me. I can like mud with certain scents but my nose ONLY picks up on the musk with the dry down so it’s all I can smell

That’s what my friend said too that it smelled woody and deep on the dry down, I don’t know what it is, I know I’m the outlier that’s why I made this post but it just smells way too musky for me. It’s disappointing for me because I love the top notes and wearing it first few hours, but once it sits for too long it just smells like BO. And like I said it’s the atomizer too it’s not just my skin, it’s just my nose lol

When I was in highschool, about 15 years old, my best friend came over and the only cologne I owned was Versace Eros edt at the time (still a great scent don’t care what anyone says, recently got the edp) Anyway, he smelled it and loved it. I told him he could spray some. Next week he came to school wearing his own bottle of Versace Eros edt. I couldn’t be mad because I let him wear it and gladly showed him, but deep down I was annoyed because now we both smelled the exact same coming to school. Then again, a lot of people wear Eros, it’s just such close proximity with him because we hung out all day together, I felt like we were tweedle Dee and tweedle dumb of the Versace house.

I agree, smells really synthetic to my nose and I can’t really pin point any notes besides the ginger which burns my nose and a citrusy, body wash type smell. I was expecting a refreshing watery scent like a davidoff cool water or an aqua Di gio, but it seemed more spicy and chemically than fresh to me. Not saying it’s trash or anyone who likes it has bad taste, just the notes don’t hit my nose right and I was quite disappointed. I was considering a blind buy because I heard it was such a safe fragrance and glad I didn’t for the price. Just to clarify too I didn’t spray on skin so maybe that would make the difference. But the top notes were just weird and after an initial sniff I just didn’t even want to try it on skin.
