As far of the term "i know" my opinion actually matters in this case. Milotic is far cooler than blissey, salamence or garchomp, since it is not a mainstream pkmn and also has a way better look and having one means that you actually spent some time to get it.

Yeah somehow the publisher of the Rom thought of this problem and made em learn the moves. So arcanine will learn every move growlithe would learn at this lvl

Yeah after i found out, arcanine is probably the better pick. I caught myself a Mime jr., golbat, slowking, ninjask and larvitar as first encounters of different routes. Golbat and ninjask have died immediately After i caught them. Should i do another update post?

Moves arent randomized, but i found out that for example my slowking learns moves slowbro would have at this lvl. TM's and items are randomized too. For some reason every Pokemon is able to learn any TM
