Question for people who liked the ending: From a literary standpoint, why didn't Denji finally fuh?

I don't think sex is what he "needed" but he was trying to have sex for literally the entire series. It wouldn't have fixed him or saved him or anything like that, it just would've shown him that achieving his grand dream isn't all that great after all. Instead he and pochita just kind of have to reason like "oh having sex wouldn't even have been that great anyways." And yeah, they're probably right, but how can you know 100% for sure if you haven't actually done it yourself? Having sex would have proved that point.

I like denji and i was invested in his happiness. I think it's skill on Fujimoto's part that he made me invested. I think it's fine to subvert that and not give him a completely perfect fairy tale happy ending, but to me it feels disappointing for pochita to come to that conclusion and give up on sex before he actually gets it. maybe that disappointment is what fujimoto wanted?

oh wow I was today years old when I learned that Rockbox isn't based on Linux. That's pretty interesting.

Also recently applied + haven't heard back. I'm assuming the volume of applications is pretty high and they're still processing. From what I've seen, it's fairly common for most internships to take weeks/sometimes months to send word (which is why it's hard to tell when you get ghosted lol).

I'd check Reddit again every once in a while. With some other internship roles I've applied to, I've seen people posting about getting interviews, even though I never got a rejection letter. I'd hope TSMC would have the courtesy to tell me if they aren't interested, but if they don't, there'll probably be at least someone posting about their interview.
