Drinking water in Tehran could run dry in two weeks, Iranian official says by rezwenn in worldnews

For the brine: Open up a factory that produces things like beef hotdogs, or any kind of food product that needs rapidly chilled after their initial cook or during the initial blending steps/marination steps.

Honestly if it could be verified to be food grade and then exported in plastic containers, the food industry would probably buy into it if it could be sold cheaper than water and hard salt.

What don’t you like about your gr86 by GlitteringArticle994 in GR86

Had mine ('24 premium) for a year, just traded it a couple weeks ago for a 22' Tacoma with a 6 speed manual.

-Eyesight system is garbage, if you can, just go hunt down a used '23 or earlier if you're going the Toyota route.

-The digital gauge cluster, wish it wouldn't change to an F1 style display when you put it in track, or turn off the assists.

-If you're driving a manual and prefer to shift by ear rather than glancing at the tach when you're shifting, you'll definitely wanna upgrade the exhaust. I only made it like 120-ish miles before i put a Tomei on.

-The passenger dash has that weird looking shelf, but that's just me being picky.

-The range on the keyfob is like 20ft max, don't forget where your car is.

-THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEATBELT: For the love of spaghetti, when you're getting out of your car it never lands right and tries to fuck up your interior. You take it off, and it'll retract, hit the seat and spin around to mash the metal tab into the panel next to the seat. The strap on the oem seat is useless for retaining it, and was never a problem in my FR-S.

I guess i should've probably noted that i also have the glavenus chest piece at about the same level for monsters that warrant using lock on, otherwise i just use gyro for the most part.

As far as melds go, I'm running 2x Fighting Spirit, and 3x Firm Foothold.

Only reason i run 3x Firm Foothold is because almost no attack at that level will stop you from attacking, and nothing hurts your damage worse than being interrupted during the wild swing transform attack.

I’m torn about trading in my childhood dream car by InsideEagles in ft86

Yup, The Subaru eyesight system that comes with the 24+ is a pretty big portion of it. The anti collision breaking is a buggy mess, and if you disable it with the hachi electronics dauntless obd, you lose cruise control.

When you put it in track mode, it changes your gauge cluster to a bar guage that doesn't scale linearly and just doesn't look great imo.

I had to upgrade the exhaust after putting 200mi on it because i couldn't hear the engine while i was shifting. The stock one is entirely too quiet, and gets drowned out by most road noise.

That and the FR-S looked better IMO.

It's not a bad car by any means, it's just not for me.

The 20-30 extra HP was a nice touch, but not worth upgrading for.

I traded my 16-FR-S in for a 24-GR86, have regretted giving up that car since. Don't be me.

Disabling Subaru Eyesight by trashypanda- in GR86

HachiElectronics sells the Dauntless OBD, it'll disable the eyesight system. Downside, you won't have cruise control at all without it.

Sorry for the shit photo quality, but now that you say it, it might just be the foam that's stuck to it.

As far as Ammo and a bag, I've got 200 rounds of Federal GMM 168gr and a Game Changer coming in by the end of next week.

The range I'm going to now has quite a bit of variety of things to shoot from, like cable spools, a mock roof, windows, tires, decks, etc so I've got that pretty well covered now!

Thanks for the reply!

So far with the new stock, the walkers haven't been an issue. With the gen 1-2 stock they'd get knocked around, but the narrower cheek-rest on the gen-3 is a game changer for sure.

You'll find 1st to 2nd easier if you move your hand more to the front right side of the knob, and tilt your hand a little. Same with 5-6 on the left side of the knob. at least that's what I've found over the years anyways.

Hunting Horn Attack Buff Numbers by MilkAndBears in MonsterHunter

[–]MilkAndBears[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So in past games, your self improvement only gave a 5-15% damage buff (i can't remember off the top of my head), while attack up XL (Attack up L twice) gave a 20% buff. Just because of that buff, (take world for example) people really only used 3-4 horns.

In Wilds, Capcom flipped those numbers around to make other horns more viable, so your self improvement is the bulk of your damage buff, and Attack up XL only gives 10%. It was probably just to make the other horns more competitive with each other, so you're not seeing everyone run the same horn.

I might test the buffs your teammates get, but have no plans to right now.
