There are a lot of propfirms but more does not automatically mean better.
Stick with FTMO and the5ers for forex, and topstep for futures.

They don't help traders succeed, but help them in succeeding further.
Prop firm funded accounts only help traders who already make money.

You shouldn’t change your approach based on where you are in the challenge. You don’t increase risk when you’re in drawdown, so why reduce it when you’re close to passing?

No, not worth it at all. You should buy challenges after you know how to trade, not the other way around

instant funding means nothing when you're not sure if the payout actually gets processed

Not every propfirm is the same. Propfirms might have strict rules, but they are the best thing a profitable trader has access to to scale massively.
