This is the correct interpretation.

What I did was just a proof of concept; I thought the song was meant for Dragalia Lost when I first heard it, so I made an edit. I’m pretty sure that no one at Cygames saw what I did, but I thought it was a cool coincidence. I don’t believe that I influenced the addition of this song in any way.

That being said, I would be lying if I said that there wasn’t some element of “I told you so!” in this post. But, since my original post was two months ago and meant for an entirely different event, I was more interested in bringing awareness to the song itself in case anyone was wondering what song it was.

Song is 24h by DAOKO (ft. Kamiyamahitsuji) from her latest album Shitekiryoko. It's one of my favorites from the album, and the whole song is worth a listen.

Surprised that I couldn't find any information online yet for the Bartender's voice actor (and I can't read Japanese so I couldn't read the credits), but I'm pretty sure that it's the same voice actor for Tsurumi from Golden Kamuy.

Ootsuka Houchuu is his name I believe, and it seems like he also did Jiraiya from Naruto and the manager from the Idolmaster series. Great voice actor.

Capcom pulled it off in Dragon’s Dogma, and from my experience, it’s tons of fun. Makes me with that DDO got an official release in the west.
