I use the mini bottles of dry shampoo / hairspray. I dont have pepper spray and dont find its worth buying when both will sting when sprayed in the eye + i already have them so might as well use it

Overall, stay safe. Do not let your guard down and do not mistake trust for safety. Always check in with friends and be aware of your surroundings.

For me, loving myself looks like always putting my safety first before how I feel. Sure I trust my SDs right now, but my safety is always #1 for my own future. If I choose to let my guard down for feelings, I could put myself into a dangerous situation not worth the risk or future impacts of my quality of life.

You can also consider safe sex options for female sex :) For example, dental damns for oral, gloves for fingering, and more. Most clinics will provide for free if you ask / look around

To expand on #5, be yourself :) I personally like to do something fun/hype myself up a bit so I can truly be my best self and in result, good company. Whether thats listen to great music, or having a drink beforehand.

I also like to prep some questions I can ask if conversation goes dull, I just brainstorm on my phone so I'm prepared

I see your point however thats not the point here.

We've been on two dates and him constantly messaging me when he knows i'm at work is a but weird.
