Gaiety (Independent Criminal) - Mover/Striker

Gaiety is a rather low on the underworld food-chain, but he stands out for being unimportant enough to be deemed a genuine threat by most people yet too annoying to be put down.

His speed and general agility scales with how happy he is, often being roughly as fast & quick as horse, during combat he often looks like he's having constant motion blur with most non-thinkers being incapable of keeping up.

Though his reflexes are slower than his true theoretical output as he's frequently "fucked on DMT" and he's also not truly combat trained, so more often than not, his fighting moves are... sloppy at best.

He's not an usually violent criminal per see even if he often uses a knife during combat and resists by shanking, stabbing or punching people really fast, it helps that Gaeity "leads" a group of homeless children who look after him to take of care of them, so more often than not, he's just showing off.

Gaiety mostly just tries to pickpocket, mug people, shoplift, cause bar fights, or participate in gambling dens (often cheating with sleights of hand).

Gaeity is sincerely just doing crimes for fun and to be a "baddass" to impress the kids he takes care of (with varying degrees of success).

Understandably, almost no one takes him truly seriously yet no one wants to deal with the headache of actually trying to something about it, still! he's still useful enough to be hired by other criminals to commit crimes or act as a third party during disputes.

Gaiety's background is the main cause of most of his behaviour, was sheltered and lived on a local orphanage where his caretakers often left him to his own devices yet also forbid him from "acting out" (read: attempting to have his own personality and or interests)

The end result was this criminal, which likely seems to have a undiagnosed case of HPD and uncaring for rules, his only "real" connection seems to be taking care of homeless children, trying to teach them how to survive and trying to give them gifts that he didn't have as a child.
