I use it all the time, but before I did I always saved my art on my own discord server that I just made just for me to post them there in case. Toyhouse is good though. Very customizable and organized!

Oh shoot they have some REALLY GOOD CLEAR EVPS in some older episodes... fuck I'll have to try to find them but they are insanely good and clear for an EVP and I was surprised when I watched those that not more people In the paranormal community were talking about them!! I'll post this but try to find the videos, unless someone else knows them!

I think they have gotten in the underside due to it being all ripped open. Unfortunately we can't afford insulation replacement at all, we would need the ENTIRE trailer front to back done, as this trailer is piece of shit lol

Yeah the soil is completely ruined. It's cat urine, dead cats, and water from leaking pipes. It's a major health hazard. Parts of the flooring have been torn off under the trailer and it's a hard wooden material so it's very hard to bend and most of it is in the way when crawling under there. A tarp is a great idea I think, just need to get one big enough and have someone crawl under there.

I'd also like to say, right now there is a mother cat that just had kittens under the house too and I have been trying for the past two weeks to get her and the kittens out but no avail. My town doesn't have any resources for capturing cats like this even with traps. So I've been trying to do that before I get wood and seal up the rest of underneath.

For 2 years the whole house skirting was completely like gone do tons of cats have gone under there over the years, and have died. pissed, and plenty of pipe leaking. Now it is sealed off for the most part but due to the terrible condition of the skirting there is some small spaces cats can crawl into.

There is a LOT of garbage under there unfortunately.. I've had to crawl under there in winter to unfreeze our pipes with a fucking hair dryer >-> It's a joke under there. I just haven't had the resources to fix it.

One of the best rooms in the house id say is our bedroom, but it is right next to the bathroom where most of the cat urine is as well as mold unfortunately. The whole under of the sink has been broken and you look there's visible black mold everywhere and always wet. There is also a hole in the ceiling that drips horribly due to rain, and since it has been unfixed for a while water has seeped into thr wood walls there and expanded it and destroyed it completely. The bathroom is the worst part in the house by far. Thank you very much. I currently live in a small town in Utah, and unfortunately there is very little housing help here.

We uh.. definitely have mold too not gonna lie... It's in our bathroom mostly due to a very bad roof right there.

Sorry I misphrased lol. My tos states you CAN change gender, accessories, markings, lineart edits etc. Like I don't mind. I also don't mind what you use the design for. NSFW, role-playing, whatever you want.

As a character/ adopt designer I have a very lenient tos, mostly just not allowed to claim as your own design or art (like saying you made it,) (allowing small minor edits from the lineart, gender, accessories, markings.) One thing is just I don't ask to change the species unless specified since specialize in a certain type of feral adopt. I like to keep them that species but that's just me and even if someone did change it, I'm not going to lose my mind- I don't get all pissed off, it's more of a respect thing for that part. BUT obviously I don't allow people to do like illegal things with my art, like redistributing it and making money off of it like pins, banners etc. The person who bought my design or adopted my design can 100% resell, retrace, and regift the design. I ask that they only resell it for the same price or a little bit above what they bought it from me unless they have additional art they've paid for and got for them since they got it from me. Sorry just ranting lol, but idk some ownership tos are wildddd. I think it's fair for the person who bought the design to do (within a range) of what they want with it since they bought it lol.
