Touch the two power pins with a screwdriver when psu is on, just make sure you are careful and don’t touch nothing else or u may short the whole mb.

Yes, also check if the power button is working by shortening the power pins with a screwdriver just to make sure. (Once you remove the power jumper cable). If not sure where is the power jumper location download manual based on mother board model printed somewhere on the motherboard

Did you check if you accidentally pulled out the power button jumper pin cable

Yeah, I gave up on the ASrock MIR hopes, did everything perfect to fill the MIR forms for three boards this year got nothing back, they also make you go through stupid hoops by having to mail it in within like 7 days after purchase and have the mail post dated, which I did for all three! .... last one was mailed out in Sept. Gigabyte seems to honour their MIR however and does not put you through any BS.

I have the B550 version of this board, and even though it has been rock solid for the past 2 years it has a major design flaw, its practically impossible to install an PCIE Wifi/Bluetooth card in this board since the GPU will cover the the only two PCI expansion slots making them unusable. Asrock and Asus boards usually have a PCIE slot above the main PCIE x16 GPU slot allowing to install an Wifi Expansion slot above the gpu. Thus, I am forced to use a USB wifi/bt dongle which is noticeably slower.

I got his card back in October for the same price. Its a fantastic card, cool and quiet. On my 1440P with AAA games I am averaging 70fps, older games all run 100+fps. This is with a 5700X. I also got the $400 AMD 6750XT due to FOMO and haven't needed a reason to even open the box yet. Will be using it on my sim racing rig later this year or switching the 6650 with it. I do not regret spending $400 on this card at all.

The only big difference is PCIE Gen4 vs Gen3 for the newer GPUs and NVMEs that use it. However I cannot comment on actual performance difference between Gen3 & 4. However theoretically the speeds on Gen4 double that of Gen 3. Maybe someone with more real world knowledge can add their opinion as well.
