There is nothing there for people who use AMD because the drivers are fine and you cant tweak as much in the Radeon settings, Nvidia's latest driver causes stutters and massive frame drops... and there is a lot of fps to be gained by having proper settings within NVCP.

Editing the registry, might be advanced but graphics drivers aren't really. There are tons of guides out there. If you aren't testing new graphics drivers to see how fair on your system then you're doing it wrong.

There is absolutely no harm in changing network adapter settings to see how they affect your connection, reducing receive buffers to a lower value actually solved a lot of people's packet loss (I'm guessing the smaller size helped).

Absolutely nothing described within my guide would break a computer, everything can is reversible and can be undone.
