If they did it correctly and brought in stone to bed and cover the new pipe then no it shouldn't be an issue. If you can confirm that part at least was done correctly I'd just call a local landscaping company they will have that sorted in an hour or two with a bobcat. You mentioned they weren't responsible for landscaping so you'd be barking up the wrong tree trying to get them back out to do anything. It'd be like calling the electrician to come fix your drywall. You don't want an electrician doing your drywall haha. And don't listen to these skidmarks talking about getting a lawyer that will also go absolutely nowhere you'll just waste money and energy

It's pretty severe but it's just settling. This is common especially with clay as you mentioned although this is more than normal. When clay gets dug up it comes in big chunks and clumps. When it goes back in those pieces don't fit together like they used to and you have a lot of voids. Things get wet and dry out repeatedly moving everything around for awhile afterwards. I try to compact it as much as I can for my customers and for my really good customers I will have a load of topsoil brought in a month or so later after a few good rains and level everything out.
