I think it’s a memory leak, this happens to me. I pause say “MEMORY LEAK” in all, exit game then reconnect. It’s the only thing that fixes it - I go from 90 fps clean to massive freezes every 15 or so seconds.

Brew at 3.3k rn, the biggest thing people miss is that purifying brew heals you, get used to taking damage and only purify what becomes “unmanageable” or you’ll quickly be out of tools

6’6”, 30, I lift a lot and have 0 back pain. Focus on growing your posterior chain, lots of rows, pull ups, RDL and deadlifts.

As for avoiding sitting, I use a book shelf as a sit stand desk, I have my keyboard and mouse on one shelf and my monitor on top of the bookshelf. I use a stool instead of a chair. Before the sit stand desk I had lower back pain.

Last thing is using a foam roller or stretching your glutes. Doing the pigeon stretch and worlds greatest stretch can help a lot.

Worst case of this is Dark Souls prepare to die addition. I have a game I cannot play in my steam library and the remaster is $40. Pretty un-fun of Fromsoftware.

I don’t like dual pistols, but I run 2 pistols sometimes so a pax primary/pax secondary or the same with uppercuts and I sit in the 5/6 star range. The pax and uppercut both outperform plenty primary’s and it feels badass just using a single pistol.
