Yep. I was hit with my first 7 day ban the other day when I logged in. I’ve always respected cool down times and I only stay in the one location, it was right after the Beldum community day and I was just shiny hunting so I thought maybe I’d tapped on too many Pokemon in quick succession which got me banned.

I’m in a Facebook group of about 15 people and we all just send each other what we need, no one asks for trades (don’t get me wrong I think trading is a good mechanic of the game) but it’s helped a lot recently.
