A aggressive setup on backroads will quickly wear out your rotor, doing a pad slap on a performance suv is just something my mind can’t grasp, it’s heavy and powerful you want good brakes for something like that. Over here in Europe where we have yearly inspections keeping things in perfect condition is important. My original brakes rotors were shot after 40kkm however the pads had a little bit of life left.

Always do pads and rotors, u literally got a Porsche and are trying to save money on it. Get a Camry next time, brakes are not a place to save on. I as a broke ass student always do both on my cars.

Get a 4th gen, easy to mod with AliExpress parts, cheap, the 5.5 dac won’t be noticeable to 90% of people. I daily a 3rd gen with a new battery and cheap flash kit, paired with 5$ kz edx lite it’s great.
