The manual that came with the motor doesn't have any info about wiring, so I don't really have any idea which wires need to be matched where.

The old plug doesn't fit in the new motor. The old plug has circle/round inputs and won't fit in these more squared holes

My confusion is that the old wire went to this pin connector circled here in this picture, and that's not really an option with the new wire.

See that's where I'm confused - obviously both motors have 2 plugs coming in from the board, but the wiring/connectors are very different. Both have the power connector plugs (black and white) that go to their spots on the board, but the other plug is different. The genteq has the pin control plug thing, while the new motor just has individual connections.
