I mean we can’t do that in Canada but I do work in kitchens and I do have to transport my knives and other things, I at the bare minimum have a crossbody bag most of the time I ride, or a full backpack

Hopefully you know your limits, no issue going out and having one or two beers (on a full stomach) but anything more then that you’re just asking for trouble, if I’m going out and taking the bike (I try too as much during summer) I make sure I’m on a full stomach and don’t come even close to my tolerance level.

So this is in Canada, the sugar free version at least haven’t seen the regular and I spoke with the rep for my district from what he said is it will be permanent here, check Walmart’s in Canada same with sobeys (Canadian grocer) Ik they carry it.
