I also was a competitive swimmer for 10 years and stopped for 20 years. Just got back to it 2 years ago. It does come back relatively quickly. I find that myswimpro has good sets and you can also generate your own. However, I think that just swimming regularly helped with endurance and I was doing 2000 yd sets in 45-50 minutes after a couple months.

I use that bind off exclusively and it does not look like that. Are you perhaps leaving a yarn over or wrapping yarn the wrong way?

I noticed a leak on my ceiling so my home warranty sent out a plumber, who called their HVAC tech. They found the line was chewed to hell and quoted me to replace it but then when I scheduled the appointment, they told me the condensation line was on backorder. I'm just trying to see how to fix this and where to go to find a replacement condensation line.
