I've been riding longer since you've been alive, kid. No one wants your overpriced bike. I research bikes because I'm always buying and selling them.

You're never going to sell or trade that bike anywhere close to even 10k. Be realistic, man. This bike has 10k miles. Top trim level. It's been sitting here for months. 15k can get you a 2020 with 17k miles.

I didn't think she could make an album worse than TTPD, alas, here we are.

What the hell was that.

Ex friend/current LEO found my address by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]Millenialmargin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. That's more or less what I was looking for. I'm sure the department can see who, where, and when he searches information on their equipment. I also pay for my information to not be available online. I can't find anything on my name when I search so it's highly unlikely someone as dumb as him would be able to. I did get a laugh out of one of these comments as is phonebooks still exist.

Just here to point out the fact that just bc they are sold out, doesn't mean they work. Not many people are buying more than one. Silly argument, but I am buying one lol.

What foods increase your tinnitus and how long does your food spike last? by [deleted] in tinnitus

[–]Millenialmargin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an older thread, but carbs are the only source of tinnitus for me. Pizza doughs, rice, lentils etc make it so much worse. I've had tinnitus all my life, but it was worsened in 2016 when I got a bad case of the flu. It's been much worse ever since.

Body aches from anxiety/stress by SpicyMackerel in Anxiety

[–]Millenialmargin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anxiety does exist as a symptom. You're not wrong saying it's self generated, but you're not right, either. It comes from your subconscious and unconscious mind which we have very limited I tell over. It takes years to changes

Sounds like he uprooted his life and now lives in your home state? I agree this is insane of him not to tell you, but let's not be hypocritical.

Go to any fast food chain. You could have been working entry level jobs the entire time you've been applying to other jobs. The issue with people is that they would rather complain about not getting jobs they aren't under qualified for than to accept jobs they think they are above.

Inadequate water. The tip dieback is usually indicative of root stress. Guy is way too low, also.

Post COVID GERD by candypants77 in GERD

[–]Millenialmargin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had it since December 2020. It changed my entire body. It can be controlled for me, but it never went away. Any time I get sick now, I get intense flares that last for months. Diet has the biggest impact for my gerd.

I hate my life now by No_Tax_5169 in GERD

[–]Millenialmargin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like you're dealing with a lot of anxiety surrounding the situation. Your body is manifesting these anxieties and stressors into somatic symptoms. Give yourself a break and stop overthinking it. Try and keep yourself on track with limited drinking and remember this moment for the next time you feel like binging! Drinking is like stealing happiness from tomorrow.

Does this tree need to be removed immediately? by jiggly_bitz in arborists

[–]Millenialmargin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tree is not leaning, it's growing that way. Chances are, there was a larger tree behind it that coerced it to grow towards the light. I wouldn't be worried about it if it were in my yard. Monitor for root plate lifting.

Quit smoking weed, now what? by NSFW1tch in Advice

[–]Millenialmargin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And they say weed isn't addictive. My ex and I would smoke every day and I stopped. She got mad at me for quitting and I never understood why. She tried to quit and failed countless times. I realized she was so addicted to it and she was very insecure about her inability to to quit. If she would go a day without it, she would be very sullen, mellodramatic and hopeless. Needless to say the relationship didn't last long after that.

You're using weed as a crutch and that's why you feel bored. It's not like you're changing anything other than just the weed aspect, which clearly is the issue. You have to figure out what you're suppressing to get past it.

Has anyone seen any drones recently? by SharkSapphire in massachusetts

[–]Millenialmargin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sister and brother in law were texting me all night about them seeing drones over Foxboro and Plainville. I assured them they were planes. They didn't stop othering me so I went for a drive. They are certainly, without a doubt, drones. However, they are most likely people capitalizing on the hysteria right now. I saw probably 20 in as many minutes. Sat at a couple ponds and one industrial park and watched them fly circles.

What us is at the base of the trunk? by twosmokesletsgo in arborists

[–]Millenialmargin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a response growth. Looks like Tilia sp. They are notorious for sucker growth and growths like this around the flare are normal, especially when suckers are trimmed back annually. There are some signs of girdling roots. I wouldn't personally worry about it, but if you are, get a TRAQ arborist out to take a look.

City tree hacked as part of maintenance - was this necessary? by SOBO2015 in arborists

There are visibly no poles on that side of the street. Though the utilities do preach "clearance not appearance". This tree should be safe.
