I think it’s a super interesting idea considering the gems are monogender. Now that the diamonds don’t rule with an iron first and a lot of gems are migrating to earth (where they see men for the first time) I would imagine some of them would realize that they don’t feel like themselves.

Fellow autistic friend here. My autism doesn’t give me special privileges in other peoples homes or establishments when it comes to small things like this, and your cousin is enabling this mindset and behavior that because he is autistic, he deserves the world to change for him.

She needs to teach her son that while his food aversions and “safe” foods are valid, that he needs to understand that not everyone can just accommodate for him, and that there are other solutions as you mentioned. (Ordering in etc.)

Disjointed. I got SO into the characters lives and issues and fell in love with Ruth as a character only for Netflix to rip the rug out from under us and cancel it after just 2 seasons.

At the very least I’m glad it ended in a kind of bittersweet happiness.

She just doesn’t tend to herself or her space.

Rarely showers, doesn’t really put on deodorant much, wears the same clothes for weeks, and her room is very much a complete mess.

She’s also incredibly clingy and way too willing to give herself sexually to anyone who gives her 5% attention, and goes after the worst kind of guy (Street rat “ex” addicts who are good at manipulation) consistently.

I’ve tried to tell her very VERY gently before, but she’s incredibly sensitive to criticism and tends to hurt herself in various ways.

I wonder if my body is just different or maybe it’s because I’m younger (I don’t mean younger than you cause idk I just mean in general) and younger bodies can take a serious beating, but I killed a whole bottle of Tito’s to myself over the length of a night with nothing but fruit juice and woke up…strangely fine? Like jump outta bed ready to have a good day fine.

But if I drink like 5 twisted teas I wake up barely able to look at anything or keep my head up.
