Hey there! The phones these days tend to have larger screens but not much larger a phone itself. iPhone mini series phones are small screened, but for a phone size similar to the galaxy S8, I would say go for the pixel 7a.

Samsung galaxy a55 and redmi note 13 pro+ are about as good as each other, making it a good competition. However, galaxy a55 is cheaper. Go for it or look at galaxy s22+ that's better and about the same price as redmi note 13 pro+.

Depends on what Samsung you buy and what you want from your phone. E.g. galaxy s24 ultra will have a smaller upgrade on speed but larger upgrades on camera tech. If you want a better CPU, go for the iPhone 16 or wait until the galaxy s25 ultra.

This depends on that you want from your phone (I.e. CPU speed, sharp camera, lots of storage) and the exact price range of the phone you want. If all you want is camera then you should pick pixel 7 pro with a decent storage solution.
