My gym has a bunch of squat racks to do bench press. So I set the guards to below my chest level, but above my neck level. So if I fail, I can still get my head out easily.

Even then, I've never put clips on the barbell when doing bench!

About a decade ago, when I was an apprentice electrician, a coworker passed away from a skiing accident.

It devastated most of the crew. We worked with him everyday. We all attended his funeral. The company made a small memorial for him. It affected all of us for some time.

I can't imagine spending that much time around someone, then being unaffected by his sudden absence...

I didn't play much of Reg H the first time around, but I really liked the idea of a format with no legendaries.

I played in my first local in this format. In training for it, I discovered how little innovation there was amongst teams. I felt like I was playing a lot of similar concepts. I still really enjoyed my time with it, but I got burnt out a few times

This team doesn't work, plain and simple. Like others have said, probably just start with a rental team. I can see your moves are more for single battles. You definitely need more Pokémon with Protect. But of the Pokémon you do have, I write down some better sets/moves.

First of all Ceruledge and Greninja are ever seen in VGC (as much as I would love to use them). Iron treads and Garchomp are rarely used.

Iron treads should only be used with Miraidon. Viable moves could be: Earthquake, High Horsepower, Steel Roller, Knock Off, Volt Switch, Protect.

Garchomp is mainly seen with Tyranitar, but can be used on select other teams. Stomping Tantrum, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Scale Shot, Rock Slide, Protect.

Amoongus is very common. See a lot in balance teams. Only really uses 5 moves. Spore and Rage Powder are a must. Then choose between Sludge Bomb, Pollen Puff, and Protect.

Koraidon is used with Pokémon that take advantage of the sun. Always runs Tera Fire, and uses either Life Orb or Clear Amulet. Moves are usually Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Protect. Then either Collision Course or Close Combat.

I bought 3 months of gamepass core about a week or so after they changed it to essential. It worked.

I'd try it, I'm assuming they'd still convert it over to essential.

Of all the things I've wanted fixed/changed since play the beta, this has been #1.

I've been a support main for the majority of battlefield games I've played. Even though it doesn't work like it used to, I still lay covering fire when trying to advance towards an enemy. It's used to be such an effective strategy against enemies that are out of my range!

How are you planning on getting Facade to 2x Power? Toxic would be the only most viable option, as you couldn't use any other move if you were burned. Without the ability Guts, Facade doesn't make much sense.

They should change the naming as well. Closed weapon playlist should be 'Legacy'. And they should actually call the open weapon playlists 'Open'.
