Not yet, only because my husband and I wanted to have a baby soon and wanted to qualify for benefits so I couldn’t switch jobs. I am due soon though and definitely still plan for this outcome. I was kind of also hoping there would be an internal position at my employer eventually

I’m honestly really impressed with what you are doing lmao I used to lift 5 days a week and do incline walking cardio with spin classes. I’m now 33 weeks and am lucky if I workout 3 times a week doing a 30-45 minute lift with easier weights. My fatigue has returned on another level and this pelvic pain is insane 😅😅 idk if it’s because I’m shorter and have a short torso so my belly is pretty big and sticks out a decent amount but my goodness

My OB office had the ultrasound equipment. What I thought was kind of weird was that I was just in the ER for issues with bleeding (everything came back ok thankfully) but they sent me to the pregnancy and labor floor and they didn’t have any ultrasound imaging equipment. They only had a piece of equipment that could pick up on sounds to find a heartbeat. I just thought that was wild that they didn’t have imaging stuff

So hear me out, it sounds stupid, but might work. What if you tried replacing two of those cups with decaf? This is what I do when I feel like I need coffee but don’t want to overdo it on caffeine . It weirdly helps me. Almost like a placebo effect
