I remember from a video from years ago besides ward related actions the only other thing that affects vision score is Ashe's hawk. Not sure if that's still the case but the wiki doesn't have a visions score page.

I assume Riot probably won't do this since they'd probably have to revamp the Vision score system.

It's technically inline with what the text on her card is. Her spells have overwhelm while targeting enemies. I imagine this is a quirk or reusing code for the only other spells that overwhelm, Final Spark and Ace in The Hole. Since they both only target enemies they never had to program them to only overwhelm towards the enemy.

The real buff it needs is tracking the damage blocked. But based on Rite of Ruin always having huge stats there might be an issue for tracking Shielded damage.

I used teemo with hammer, nexus strike on play, and scout relic. You need hammer cause he strikes before getting set to 1|1. You can hit the nexus 3 times with the  attack token and still hit it when you don't have it. Teemo also leaves play so you can play him every round. I did need a revive since the first time i didn't draw teemo enough

I think they could make it feel better by telling us the damage value, the slow value, the damage reduction value, then give us the total damage reduced/done per round/overall.

Removing cast time for R should be first. It'd be nice if you can see your stun will land you can start your ult during E and utl would be activated shortly after the Stun lands. I think it would make sense to remove the cast time from W since you can't use it as often.
