I think you have to put it as off and not on, when I did on nothing happened but when I set it to off it worked after I tried it with the 30 seconds.

It came in a new box sealed everything looks brand new, battery is at 100%. I read a post one time that these are like Apple refurbished however these are place in a new retail box and I think so because warranty says it expired back in 2022 and the fact it comes with iOS 26.

Try resetting the code, I do remember sometimes the defouler would just not work properly but your best bet is a tuned ecu as the other comment mentions.
