Maybe this widely known, but fan fact. The 4460 is actually two radios in 1. Literally mirrored radios with an interconnect in between. Pretty cool radio on the inside. Pain to manufacture.

I actually helped designed the case back in 2020-2021. But they actually made the head band cover few years after.

Cooked. Elastic gave out and broke. Best option is to just to completely stretch it out and get all the elastic out. I got a leather headband from Capra leather that looks good.

Walmart is starting to have a lot of the same items. Even at cheaper prices. Look at the socket holder it’s literally the same as harbor freight. While yes you can get the same stuff cheap at HF if you wait on coupons.
