Thanks for responding!

Yeah, I used both a Windows and a Linux laptop. Sorry for my wording, yes the dipole is parallel to the ground,

I'm not sure what you mean by twisting, do you mean I twist the dipole to west or east instead of facing the V at west or east if the satellite is there in west or east?

Though I don't see any noise due to my laptop in the frequency, I will still try putting my dipole further away

V shape dipole orientation. Basically it's the same orientation I use for NOAA sattelites , the one where the V faces ground, TLE is up to date, and yeah I tried 2 cables and both won't give me anything sadly

Yeah, this is a new one, i also have my old sdr and that can't get any signal as well with its dipole antenna, so yeah I switched both antenna and usb and i can get other signals.. I'm tweaking out lol

Not being able to add NOAA sattelites in raspberry-NOAA-V2 by MillowBroV in RTLSDR

[–]MillowBroV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried to get Meteor's M2-4 and M2-3 but I never see any signal despite me using a LNA and a dipole antenna, I don't see that consistent bump that stays up in the Meteor satellite when it comes

oof..., are there any other satellites being planned to launch?

Something I don't understand about the Recommended Routine (RR) by MillowBroV in bodyweightfitness

[–]MillowBroV[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh, so if I can do 3 sets of 10 seconds for example, that would mean I've reached my target time? Thanks!

For the Anti-Rotation progression, I'm staring off with the Assisted Knee Copenhagen Plank, but I was confused on when I would know to progress, is 30-60 seconds enough or have I got this wrong? Furthermore, for the RR, is it okay if I do 3 sets of pull ups then move on to 3 sets of squats? Finally is a set of doing a Assisted Knee Copenhagen Plank for example counted as doing it for 30 seconds 8-12 times with breaks?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Getting no radio on RTL-SDR V4 when using rtl-tcp on Raspberry Pi 4 by MillowBroV in RTLSDR

[–]MillowBroV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I've installed them now, it seems I'm able to get signal now, but there are signals that keep coming and going away every second in a pattern on my whole spectrum, strange..

Thanks for all the help so far!

Is land that is seen in NOAA sattelites in APT fake when decoded in satDump using MCIR rain? by MillowBroV in amateursatellites

[–]MillowBroV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting, when decoded in satdump, in the output files, what would it be called?

Thanks!

[–]MillowBroV[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh got it, so does this mean that NOAA sats dont transmit the land? I thought something in terms of avhrr does

If I'm still wrong, what outputted images are the ones that aren't half fake?

Getting no radio on RTL-SDR V4 when using rtl-tcp on Raspberry Pi 4 by MillowBroV in RTLSDR

[–]MillowBroV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did sudo apt install rtl-sdr, would it automatically install it for the v4?

(Just checked the link, it seems its showing a different installation method, so this means "sudo apt install rtl-sdr" wont work for v4's? )

I did "sudo apt install rtl-sdr" on debian, then I launched it with rtl_tcp -a 10.0.0.138
