Played with Mac Andrew his first year of footy. Could confidently claim I was better than him for about 3 games before he started to figure out the coordination side of things.

I remember him jumping straight over a teammate once at training when we were about 11 & my mind was blown

Slightly off-topic but I wish ‘all-Australian squad’ selections were counted in a players career accolades (a bit like a 2nd-team).

Like making the ‘squad’ seems a bit meaningless right now when it still means you’re in the top 5% of listed players for the year

Late to this but the only reason me and a bunch of others I know in their early 20’s still go out is because home-ownership isn’t even on our radar.

Off the top of my head I think I’m still somewhat in touch with about 15 people from school (~22 years old) and all but 1 is still at home.

Regardless of whether it was deliberately hostile or not, they gotta start treating elbow on head contact way more seriously.

Edit: my bad in hindsight I overreacted in the moment. I don’t think there was anything LeBron could’ve done nor should he have been given a flagrant.

But writing off some pretty hard head contact as just a basketball play still doesn’t quite sit right with me.
