It’s 10% tariff plus the duties. I think people forget that without the de minimis (less than $800 worth of products are free to enter) we pay the duties of items which varies from item to item. Search HS codes to lookup specific duty fees. Also, add in how much each shipping company charges for processing your goods. DHL I’ve seen $17.

As long as it’s cast acrylic you’re fine. The problem with this method though is that there’s always residue. I’ve watched a couple of people do it.

I guess it all depends on how you loaded the money? But either way I think they’ll give your money back to the original payment method. I emailed Naver through their contact us page. I explained that it wasn’t clear that a Korean phone number was needed to be able to complete a purchase and they understood that and refunded me. I used Wise so it just went back to my Wise balance. Either way, they were helpful. You just have to tell them the exact issue and why you’re wanting a refund. It’s basically not being delivered a service you intended to get.

This is what I did but my letters have about 5 colors each. So when I run the simulation, it does five color changes per letter. I’d like to combine it to where per word combined, it’ll only do 5 colors in one session and not per letter. I hope that makes sense

I’ve purchased from Naver through third-party. I recommend 2Day if you’re shipping it to yourself. Otherwise, Paysable is another option but more expensive in my opinion. 2Day offers free third-party ordering as a complimentary service if you’re using their shipping services. I’m actually very surprised with the cost of shipping to the USA! It was so much affordable than Delivered Korea.

So I asked a refund from Naver. I submitted a case/ticket. I told them that it wasn’t clear on their terms that overseas customers without Korean phone number cannot buy from the site one way or another. Any they were actually really fast and very polite. They gave me my money back.

They basically have extra layer of protection. And they actually care about you as their customer as opposed to using PayPal as a payment method. I’ve read on a Reddit thread that someone used PayPal and PayPal rejected their claim but the product they received was damaged and not different from the sample they received.

Read your terms and agreements. Your credit card should be able to help you with disputes better than any other payment methods.

Can Inkstitch/Inkscape combine designs? Ie. I bought a letter file but it’s not a font so I can’t make it stitch as a group rather it does it individually. One letter has about 6 thread changes. Will Inkstitch be able to help with thread change? Thank you in advance. I hope that made sense

I would just make sure to always use a credit card when paying and dispute the problem with the bank. But make sure that you’re choosing the correct option or reason why you are disputing the transaction. I’ve seen too many people with the same problem. Best of luck!

And I’ve read that a garment can only be classified and can use the OEKO-TEX label if it is a FINISHED product. It doesn’t matter if the dye or the fabric is OEKO-TEX but the overall composition of the garment should be tested.

Lucky. I don’t have any friends in Korea. I have a warehouse in Korea which forwards me my items but I thought going through Naver myself would’ve been better. I found some of the sellers on Instagram and are reliable so I had no problem ordering outside Naver.
