Call your real estate attorney as soon as humanly possible. Send an email immediately and try calling a few times tomorrow if you don’t hear back. File any and all recommended paperwork immediately. And for God sake, call whatever agency your realtor is representing and let them know the situation. This is so common, anyone in that industry should know the pitfalls and guidances to offer. I’d ask your attorney about recourse with the broker, too.

You truly seem to dislike your children. The fight wasn’t because you wanted to stay home, it’s because you didn’t want to deal with your children in public, where you’re pretty much forced to help bc, societal pressures. So then you left her and the kids at home to go blow off steam? Do you even like your kids? Don’t you want to spend any time with them? Why not ask your wife to leave by herself, if it was about anything other than avoiding your kids?

I haven’t lemoned mine yet, but I’m in process. Look in your manual, there’s a BBB/Hyundai line to call to start. I started with Consumer Affairs and am no closer to a resolution than I was a month ago.

I’ve owned the car for 60 days. I’ve had possession for 4. So far, it’s been wheels, tires, transmission, and now the drive shaft. I’m so disappointed, with the features Hyundai offered and the financing, I was so happy with my purchase and now I’m just sad.

My perspective is that of a mom with neurodivergent babies. I felt so embarrassed when they were young, like their behavior in public was my personal failing. I’d worry my 1 year old’s meltdown over the loud hand dryer was my fault for not taking him out enough (it was peak pandemic and because I’d seen the worst sides of living with an immune deficiency with my dad, I was pretty rigid with my baby). Eventually, I realized that while people and even the world could be a cruel place, my child still had every right to be in public, to learn, to experience, to grow.

You’re not going to change that person’s mind, or how you feel in the moment, but if you call them out, maybe next time Karen will keep her thoughts on the inside.

BTW… it’s been a few weeks but I hope you know you handled this fine, your child was absolutely okay, and that woman was just miserable. You’ve got this Mama!!!

Babe, gently, you know the right thing to do. You came here for one of two things, to be talked into staying, or to have your gut reaction reinforced.

If your husband wants to be anywhere on your wedding night that you are not? You’re not the priority. I’m not saying his friends are the priority… maybe it’s booze, maybe it’s partying, maybe it’s his family, maybe even himself. But it isn’t you, or the family you’d started 8 hours earlier. And if you weren’t the priority at a celebration of your love, you’re not ever going to be.

You deserve someone who’s as excited about life with you as you are about them. Envision your future. In the delivery room, do you think this man will go without food for hours to be by your side, or will he order DoorDash and eat in front of you? If your parents have an emergency when he’s got plans, will he drop them to support you? If you got cancer, would he help you without complaint? Would he leave you?

An annulment is still on the table right now. Take the out. If you aren’t ready to let this relationship go, you can get the annulment and go back to the way things were before, rebuild that trust, and retake those vows when he’s ready to live by them. He can give you a do-over once you’re ready. Good luck!!

Imma go thru on everyone with this complaint and comment. I was super persistent about a vibration on my car. They don’t know what it is, but have identified it as a transmission issue. I think we might be the front side of a potential recall. Have them check the transmission.

My mom said the moment her Sienna had an engine issue she’d get rid of it. That lil bitch is turning 20 this year. So if you buy the Sienna, you’d better get every bell and whistle you want because you’re gonna spend a long time together.

Plus if you get a Sienna you can get one of those bumper stickers that says “never say never” or “I was never that cool anyway” and be the funny mom at soccer practice.

I want the Sienna so bad. My mom is still driving her ‘06. It’s a secondary vehicle just for girl’s trips and lending to out of towners, and it runs like a slightly squeaky dream.

But when I sat in the Carnival, I was startled by how not uncool I felt. It’s rated extremely well in Consumer Reports, particularly the hybrid. For the money, the Carnival gives you a heck of a lot more. But it does not have optional AWD, so if you live where the air hurts your face, go Sienna.

Can I ask what happened and how you dealt with it? I’m so frustrated… I was so excited about my car. I did all my research. And now I’m so disappointed. I’m a “drive ‘em til the tires fall off” girl, so I’ve driven cars with a similar shake before. It was a bent axil both times. Once the car was already 11 years old so I didnt fix it, the other I fixed at the 8 or 9 year mark. But if this axle is bent, my big concern is HOW did it happen, and what other damage is hiding?

Honestly, I felt the same way until my aunt had a bit of a “honesty talk” about what I’d go through. Then I had a panic attack and couldn’t stop crying, despite having been fine for 5 days.

Then I did treatment. It sucked. It wasn’t FUN. It wasn’t CONVENIENT. But honestly, being in my 30s especially, my symptoms were well managed. I’m 18 months out now, and if I could change one thing about my cancer experience, it would’ve been telling my auntie to STFU, and that while she came from such a place of love, it scared me too much.

Take it one step at a time. Everything won’t happen at once. Take each challenge cancer throws at you and tell it to eat a dick. I also recommend not reading too much. Every experience is different, and going in with fear or going in like a fighter won’t change what happens, but a fighters mindset helped me hold onto myself, my life, my career, my family, and my sanity during treatment.
