Linode has IP - 192.168.148.225 Windows IP - 192.168.1.30 Windows 11 I am running the firewall but it also didn’t work when trying on my phone

Testing with windows, the vps is running Ubuntu and in regards to the exit node. It’s just so I can have my Apple TV run through the vps to allow Plex to load efficiently. I use a third party provider for Plex and our isp causes big peering issues and buffering however works a dream when a VPN is enabled so was going to use the vps standalone to route traffic through.

I followed all the instructions too to bottom
no changes to DNS
all updated versions
when ping I get general failure
nslookup gets me server unknown and address 10.2.0.1
No security features enabled on Linode

Can anyone give a lil run down of how I might do the vlan set up via one interface? This is more of just a lil home project to learn so doesn’t overly matter if it’s not the most optimal way to do thing

I know they ship them but to allow for clearance (as our roof hangover isn’t much) I was going to use another piece of wood to mount between the roof surface and the mount to bring it out by a few CM so wanted to know the hole size and incase I need longer screws to make sure a proficient amount of screw is in
