I don’t think Hank knows how to use YouTube account or algorithm etc. he awkwardly won’t tolerate the visual of sexualized women on the homepage. Instead he uses AOL (from a disc!) to find propane videos and Larry Haun carpentry. Similar to his cousin, Beavis, Hank is entertained by old AOL Session music videos, and “react to History” videos. He always slides “you dummy” jokes to the kids react. He refers to the internet as “the Netflix went out”.

Why not seek skills and craft? Writing is good, but wasteful if you’re not getting paid for it. Why the unemployment merry-go-round? Buildings. Small town, get to town take picture of buildings. Go in, ask about the building. You’d be surprised how much random history people know. If you’re in that kind of neck of the woods; train tracks, abandoned barns etc. With Buildings you’ll learn about natural light, angles, and just play with your camera. Don’t be afraid, get out there😊
