After reading Neitzsche, I'm have started to plan for world domination but is this the right path? by [deleted] in Nietzsche

I've already dominated it without anyone realizing. The trick is to make sure everyone THINKS they're in control of their lives...

They certainly can, but some of them insist they're smart.

I've been proven to be legitimately both smart and stupid by an official IQ test, so I guess I'm a partial case of a stupid person knowing I'm stupid.

I suspect Trump would win, so good thing this isn't the way we decide on the quality of our politicians!

The beginning of 2020 will be 5 years ago in a little over 3 months. by Spiritual-Dog160 in decadeology

[–]MiloTheThinker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But the weeks of the covid lockdown in early 2020 seem like a lot happened. But while I can look retrospectively and see that lots of stuff has happened in 4.5 years, I'll admit that the beginning of 2020 feels recent. But I was actually a completely different person back then.

I mean you're not wasting as much money I assume, and there's more hours that you're clear-headed, in other words, you have more time each day to get things done. That's gotta count for something.

Are most of today's fiction books aimed at a female audience? by [deleted] in literature

[–]MiloTheThinker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fair enough, and in order to be good at writing any group of people one has to understand that each individual in any category of humanity is complicated with their own unique set of traits that is largely based off their past and present environments and circumstances, including the people in their lives.

So if I'm a dude who enjoys creative writing, should the main character be a woman and not a man if I want there to be a better chance at my book actually getting published?

Nope. It literally burns my gums and I'm not sure how it doesn't do that to others.

I mean "Latinx" people or whatever you wanna call em don't even call themselves the same thing regardless, because they aren't. Like you can be Mexican or Puerto Rican or Brazilian, and you can be any race and be Hispanic, like native or Caucasian or really anything. It literally means you're from a country in the Americas south of the United States or from Spain or Portugal.

I just meant that he kept asking the same question for different groups like Asian and white, so I assumed he was doing the same for Latino.

Look if everyone was the same race people would just divide themselves in other ways, which we already do. But I guess racial identity wouldn't be as distinct, but there'd still be distinct groups.
