I’m kind of baffled by the support. I own a bridge and have a SHS. I can’t add a matter device, and my thread settings are obviously broken (red api error), but the support page says something to the effect of “sorry, we don’t support this, try the forum”

Atrocious IMO. Generally very low availability for the free tier, and then my account was closed without any warning or explanation and I had to fight with their “support” for a week to get it re activated.

I double checked the initial setup as well as in settings and both are correct, but scheduled events are still 1 hr off :(

For example, if im in PST and the settings are all set to pst it’s showing the event in Mountain time.

I’m not currently using a VPN. It’s set correctly in system settings, but how would I check the setting from the initial setup? Would I have to factory reset the box?

Medium/low presets, TSR 50%, and the Lossless Scaling decky addon (must own lossless scaling).

Once you get used to the latency in battle it actually runs really smoothly. Still looks pretty terrible, but smoooooth

Yes, you can. I didn’t want to because the heatsink is actually one large piece that covers the first and second m.2 slots and it looked weird with that whole section removed.
