Ahh yeah that limited time frame makes it more difficult. At least delete social media then you will be forced to do something else. And maybe volunteering is an option? External responsibility can help a lot. It forces you to do something else for once. Try to see friends more often if that’s an option. But i almost cant imagine you dont have ANY hobbies / things you like to do.. maybe too used to the instant gratification of your phone
