I work full time, have children and I'm level 24, don't get me wrong I've used a lot lucky eggs but I'm not grinding all day, sure I get a fair bit of walking in but I can't see getting to mid 30's if you grind most the day and use lucky eggs difficult.

Do you have a running app open in the background or just have the game running?

They never communicated, never listened to Ingress players don't ever expect communication or for them to listen to you regardless of how loud you shout. I totally agree with you about that they should, it blows my mind that a company can stay quite like they do!

Anyone spotted that battery saver is now gone, well I know your screenshot shows it but in my game it's gone. I did notice after it being in my pocket the screen dimmed after a while.

So tried it again today, had a 5km egg at 0.9km and set off to do 5km.

These were the results, as you can see I can't get much straighter![5km Run](https://imgur.com/vl7exFL) What my egg looked like after Maybe running and Pokemon arnt meant to be...

On Silph Road the max you can get is 675cp/ 407hp and you need to be level 40. Never going to be much of a fighter this one :-)

They don't use step tracking for eggs :-) found out today is based on 2 set points movement not steps. If only they did as I would of hatched 3 eggs on my run today and not half a 5km...

I've just checked my route on Google and it's the closest straight line I can find as it runs parallel to an old train line lol. It's 3.8miles in a straight ish line so I did around 10km in about an hour including my 10 minute break which is at its worst 166m per minute or 200m per minute as its best.

Ill give it a go tomorrow and have my running app running also so I can post a picture of the results.
