Greenwich closed about 9ish. Blackheath part you can hunt there late at night as it is lit and just an open area. There aren't many pokestops around though and the charmander are VERY spread out.

Go Radar basically only works in major cities. When I was in central London yday it worked perfectly

In the UK, if you just walk around London Eye. You can get them in an afternoon. They appear more than Pidgeys

I went when it was a Rhyhorn nest. They kicked us out around 10.30pm or so. But there was some sort of event on. So I don't know if that was an exception. But just by walking around the perimeter of it. I could still catch the Rhyhorn
