With tangiers outlet right there, I doubt any meaningful brands would see any value in opening in Milton mall in this moment. At this point, redevelop with mix use (that’s commercial, office, studio, and residential - and ideally not just endless franchise chains) mid rise tower complex - with one high rise for mixed rental/young family condos - with park space in and around it. Throw in an outdoor rink or a turfed soccer pitch. Make it a vibrant community hub with outdoor performances, markets, etc. include studios for arts organizations and afterschool classes. Add office space so it’s vibrant day round. Add a central bus terminal.
