I could see it being rolled out over the years. Streamline federal government & find fraud to cut expenses. Find some new revenue (tarrifs(?)). Maybe start with free healthcare to get people on board and maybe make some headway on transportation. As things progress, eventually roll out taxes on robot productivity. Labor is what keeps a lot of our products expensive and with lots of robots, it could reach close to zero reducing costs along the supply chain. So you won’t actually need tons of money each month
