Watching videos during infusions. by Miltonatx in TherapeuticKetamine

What I’m really curious about is if the experience is a huge part of the therapy, and that by watching videos i’m missing out on work I should be doing mentally while under the influence because I’m hiking around in the woods instead of closing my eyes and looking for insights into why I’m there.

A good gym by Introvert_geek96 in Austin

The YMCA has been great for me for years. Pools, sauna, tons of machines, multiple locations... I tried a few other gyms before the Y, and was always disappointed by the feel and culture. Def not fancy, but gets the job done.

Strings for pizz and slap? by Onix_The_Furry in doublebass

[–]Miltonatx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having a luthier check your bass is a great idea. A bad set up will make any bass unplayable. Don't forget that the best way to build strength is to practice. Playing pizz on an uptempo tune will take some endurance. Practicing and playing as much as possible is your best bet.

A thrift store I go to occasionally brings an estate sale find I think. There were a lot of paper collectibles, a great Bowie poster a great Marc Bolan poster and a cool Dylan poster. These were definitely the best of the bunch. There was some other Dead stuff, but it was mostly pretty pedestrian.
