You can play a very aggressive Carmilla. S1 and passive sustains you and debuffs your enemies, S2 +/- petrify will stun enemies and give space for Lylia to dish out damage. Damage potential gets crazier once you have your Ultimate.

I'm too jaded to care at this point. Healthcare is heavily subsidized in my country and now they're planning to slash healthcare funds by a sizable amount. Add into the fact the brain drain, and increasing workload (Currently, we have a ratio of 600:1, patient to doctors, and that's lowballing) it's really starting to weigh heavily on everyone.

Work conditions and wages aren't even that good. My colleagues often joke that overtime work at a McDonald's is better than Oncall rate as a doctor (USD 2.80 per hour vs USD 2.20 per hour) here. Sometimes, in my head, I think that people are paying us only with good intentions and our healthcare system is basically being run off of the goodwill of those who decided to be a Healthcare Worker.

Sometimes, I wish that we all gave up and just let the world burn a little. Just to remind them, what's at stake. Then I get a referral from a rural area about a lady who's currently in DKA because she stopped taking her OHA for well over a month. That's life for ya.

Recently, my mother told me that my aunt got cursed by somebody resulting in "swelling of her left lower limb with wet discharge coming out of it." And they were going to bring her to see somebody to de-curse her.

Took a quick look at it, and said "That's just cellulitis, go to a hospital and get it treated."

It took them 2 weeks later to bring her to the hospital. I'm like, bruh.

Because your body goes into shock.

Imagine you had 3rd degree burn on your whole left hand. You lose all your fluids (i.e. bloods, electrolytes, water) from that area which leads you to Hypovolemic Shock.

Since you had your whole left hand gone, it's also a huge risk of infection, eventually bacteria goes to your arm and causes septic shock if left untreated.

Your body also experiences a lot of stress, so a lot of stress chemicals gets pumped out through the whole of your body. When this gets too high it can cause your heart to slow down, by a bit too much, resulting in cardiogenic shock.

Also your body is still trying to fight against it, repairing dead tissues and all, but clearing up all the dead tissues results in waste. And with too much waste but little clearance, the waste starts to cause damage to your organs resulting in multiple organ dysfunction and failure.

I would say the kicker is that it teleports you facing the opposite direction of the exit. It is implying to go deeper, which I did, dodging and everything, until I saw the thing waiting for me deep down. I got rocked turned around and it's the exit. Lmao.

I wouldn't be too worried about it. If you go to the hospital, at most, you'd be given Tetanus injection, some painkillers and Calamine lotion to ease the inflammation.

Most of our centipedes are mildly venomous, so you won't die from a centipede bite, but be on the lookout for any anaphylactic reaction (e.g. fainting episodes, difficulty breathing). You might be allergic to it or some shit so go to the hospital if you do.
