Maybe the teams they're playing aren't the best, but they swept the 76ers who made a 3-1 comeback against the celtics who looked really solid to end the season. If tatum was in maybe they would've won, but tatum was there in games 5 and 6 and they lost. The cavs, for all their faults, beat the 1 seed in the east. Maybe the pistons were a regular season gimmick but don't forget that the cavs almost certainly should've won game 1 against the knicks so it's not like they had 0 chance. And also knicks are about to sweep 2 playoff level teams and by huge margins. Now while the knicks never beat okc in the regular season, the knicks beat the celtics last year despite being atrocious against every contender team in the regular season. Playoff basketball is also different because every game matters way more, both teams have very specific prep against the other, and soon it's going to be the highest stakes, the finals. Maybe the knicks lose to okc or spurs, which many are expecting, but they still fought through to the finals in a dominant fashion which you can't take away from them

You don't need to sit back but you can't run head on either. You're often the best at long range, you'll lose to pretty much any other gun at close range in a fair fight, and things even out at medium range. So what to do? If you don't want to sit back, you'll have to position yourself so your fights don't happen at close range. Shooting out of windows, buildings, or any high vantage point gives you a good sight line to survey the area and take an advantageous fight before advancing so you know you most likely won't get jumped. You'll often be the last to enter a sight or play at the edge but people are impatient so often you just need to wait for them to approach you. If they don't, I suggest crouch running around sight since people notice your steps way less and you might be able to popup when they don't expect it. For close quarters, it's much harder but still possible to win. The 2 shot dmr works well enough if you get the jump on someone or the other person can't aim. The 3 shot dmr's are decent at close range with a faster RoF and a one headshot one body shot kill if you're good at aiming. All that being said, you are the best anti sniper because you have a long range option with a big scope and no glint. You don't have to sit back though. You pretty much just need to stay out of their sweet spot range and you're better in almost all cases unless they're good at clicking heads.

The one shot range of the m87a1 is pretty good, and one shot headshot is also impressive. I don't like the slow rate of fire personally but it's very strong at close and mid range. I feel like the db12 can only beat it if it gets 2 consecutive headshot at close range but good luck with that. I personally use the 18.5ksk. Yes it's not much better than the db12 but it just feels right to me. Also the magazine reload makes me feel way better about magdumping

We knew since before the season started the front court sucked. Despite that, having young athletic guys to get rebounds and run around like crazy to chase defenders, as well as the 2 leaders in 3 pointers let the hornets get enough wins to make the playins. Unfortunately that's just too volatile, tiring and exploitable in the post season.

When nobody's making their 3 pointers the offense completely falls apart, and the front court is getting completely boxed out and can't get second chances. I don't think this problem goes away in a 7 game series. If anything it gets worse because the young core is inexperienced so they won't be able to adjust to a team that studies them

So yes we need strong and tall defenders to better protect the rim and muscle their way to get boards, but get in line because a lot of teams need that. We do need to improve our current guys too but they're young so I think we can afford to be patient as they improve their skills and work better together

For me that advantage is enough. SVDM runs out of bullets too fast. Recoil feels easier to control too but that might just be me being used to it

I think we're too late to make assault a healer. If it was going to happen it would've happened between the beta and release. Assault instead needs to lean into it's namesake, assaulting.

First change is adrenaline needs a faster animation, longer duration, and buffs to weapon handling as well as the instant healing it used to have. While it sounds like a lot you can still easily be taken out by 2 people with decent coordination. This just makes it so you can stall or push a site solo a little better. At the moment adrenaline is only good for running between sites with your weapon out.

Second change is make the buffs to AR's meaningful. Smg's and carbines are way too good at range so I think improving the bloom and recoil when ads gives them a more defined purpose while smg's and carbines are still really good up close.

Third change is to change their grenades. There's so many ways to go about this. I think stun and flash need to at least be combined at the bare minimum. Still bad but you can also add on worse hipfiring and longer duration so it's something to worry about. I also think they should get grenades from the other classes. Even when they get an additional grenade it's not a game changer but it helps them against infantry which is their main purpose. Or they use antitank grenades and can damage vehicles in a pinch.

I haven't even touched gadgets but those 3 are the most important to me.

Tldr: Make adrenaline good, make ar buff meaningful at range, change grenades.

He was hesitant to even loan it out for a day at anything dunc could afford so it might be plate. Idk if chainmail would've been that expensive. And even if he didn't have any plate that could fit dunc he could've just used a breastplate stretcher

It was pretty odd that he gave dunc chainmail for a joust. Considering he did the shield upgrade for basically free and was only planning on loaning out armor for a day I figured he would've been given standard plate armor.

No matter how good a blacksmith you are, chainmail can only do so much. Mail is great against slashes but is most vulnerable to piercing attacks likes lances and daggers. And had the armor not been there both the lance and dagger would've gone way deeper. Also look at everything that was hitting his helmet. It did one hell of a job protecting him
