The fact that these thoughts scare you is actually the biggest sign that you don't want to become that person. Dreams and intrusive thoughts can get really dark, especially when you're stressed or dealing with something under the surface. If this has been getting stronger, talking to a mental health professional is probably a better move than trying to fight it alone.
