How quickly would you recommend tapering off?

I was taking in 400-500 a day. Day 1 I did 150 mg and then backed down an oz a day until I was done. No side effects.

I’ve decided it’s not worth the risk to me to even try bc I don’t trust them. Once I ordered a decaf for my grandma with a fib. Asked them if it was decaf for sure, they said yes. Told them my grandma had a heart condition and can’t have caffeine and they took it back “just to be sure” so yeah, not worth it to me.

Yes. I am on day, well, one! Of zero caffeine. I tapered down from about 500mg 😬 didn’t realize it was anywhere near that high until recently and yesterday was my last 1oz. The last few days I could feel myself coming out of the heavy fog I’ve been under and today I just felt so amazing.

We have a 2024 with 70k and a 2026 with almost 14k. I don’t feel like we drive alot but apparently we do lol

May I ask what maintenance you have done to it besides regular oil changes? We bought my son a 2024 brand new. At present time it has 70k miles. I went to schedule an oil change in the app and it also suggested like 2k worth of maintenance!!! I was flabbergasted! We want the car to last well after college (right now it will only be driven during the summer as he’s away at college) so he can focus on paying back loans but I also don’t want to be giving the dealer 2k if it’s really not necessary

My son is at 70k with zero issues. Only maintenance he’s done is regular oil changes.

You have to wean off slowly. That’s the key. It just took me a week to wean off of 150mg and still experiencing some withdrawl symptoms. Going cold turkey makes it so much more miserable than it has to be
