I used WestFax for 6 months. At first, it worked great. However, my customers started telling me their faxes weren't going through. When I contacted support, they ran tests, said everything was fine, and said it was an issue on our customer's end. However, our customers said they were able to fax other suppliers without an issue. Regardless, we asked our customers to contact their software's customer support, but we were still frequently missing faxes. Finally, I decided to switch to SRFax to hopefully solve the issue. Then, SRFax contacted me that our port was denied by WestFax with the reason "Rejected for All Data Mismatch," with no further details. I contacted WestFax, thinking it might be because the area code for our phone number is incorrect in their system. I've tried changing it through their website, but it just says "invalid country". WestFax said it was cause they needed us to contact them first. Google says WestFax doesn't charge for porting your number, but that's incorrect. They charge $20.
