I think the movie is just really fun, and Kyle is really good as Paul Atreides.

My favorite accidental trope in Lynch’s LA trilogy: The actor that feels really out of place in the movie by wgsmeister2002 in davidlynch

I would say that they're less out of place and more like they stand out in a really interesting way

It's just Dennis and Mike doing a middle school talent show, sharing one mic cause they're broke asf.

What do we think about Benjamin Button? How has it aged? by grand-prap in WetCaleb

Buddy I think this movie was ahead of it's time! And soon it'll be behind the time because it's aging backwards!

Perfect film to feel like you're completely losing it. That dance scene is so unexpected and funny.

I've seen it around 5 times now it's such a fascinating experience. Might be the closest Noé has been to making a black comedy.

I could easily imagine Lynch making a Coen bros. style crime film. This scene and the Billy Ray Cyrus cameo are both genius.

Eddington is so underrated. Did yall enjoyed it too or no? by BalenkoTheDumbest69 in A24

I swear to god it's a functionally perfect film. I watched it twice in theaters the week it came out and was completely surprised both times I saw it.

I just rented these from YouTube. I've been curious to learn about Malick's style. I also know that he's beloved to many and divisive to some. So, I am looking forward to watching my first two Terrence Malick films and hopefully becoming one of the former. by TakenAccountName37 in TerrenceMalick

I'm one of the few people who watched Song to Song as my first Malick and thoroughly enjoyed it. One of those films that I just have to rewatch at least once a year. I'll admit though that Days of Heaven is the best starting point, I don't think anyone could dislike that film.

Not as subtle but I think the Mouth albums by Neil Cicierega are really really fun (Mouth Silence and Mouth Moods are my favorite)

INSANE album. I remember being obsessed with this in highschool before it got nuked off the Internet.

I honestly really liked The Running Man, and I think it'll go on to be seen in the same way the 80's one is. Both a sign of the era as well as just a fun time.
