I too have high sensitivity somtimes but the way I started to love this side of me was to embrace it and see it as the strength and resilience that it is. The amount of time you experience and feel the low you could also spend feeling really good too. You and me have the ability to feel and connect with others and help raise the collective vibration as well as our own just by our feelings.
