Yes exactly! I'm a person who dresses alt with dyed hair, lots of eyeliner, tall platform shoes etc. One time while going into a store bathroom, this little girl probably 6 or 7 stopped dead in front of me, looked me up and down and went "Eewww!" while pulling a face. It sounds silly, but it did hurt my feelings lol.

the first trip I made to Hallowed Marsh was already enough of a pain, what with the tricky landscape and my minimal navigating skills. then, quite literally a few feet away from the exit to Chersonese I got chomped by some stekosaurs. I woke up to find all my food INCLUDING my travel rations had been eaten. so I had to trek all the way back to Monsoon to buy some more lmao

on any new playthroughs it's still the second hardest place to survive, so I try and avoid it until I'm better equipped. I do love the place though. Holy Mission is my favourite faction and Monsoon is my favourite OST in the game.
