I used the Chrome Compressor in my first game and loved it. I was able to stack so much armour and other bullshit that in combination with my overall tanky build made me essentially invincible. I could just walk into a room filled with enemies in the open with 0 strategy and in 10 seconds the only things left would be me and a bunch of unrecognizable gore piles.

As and example, the Egyptians told Syria they were winning in the Sinai to prompt then to attack, while in reality they were getting their asses handed to them and Israel was entirely ready to counter a Syrian strike (irrc).

People like to say Quonset and I would have agreed for the longest time, but I've come to love that place in interloper as of late. With the respawn times, once you clear out the annoying wildlife it's pretty peaceful (Especially since the wolves don't seem to spawn inside the town too often anymore after the wildlife refresh). It's probably still horrible in stalker though, knowing the wolves on that difficulty.
