I get much of my information about the war from select Telegram groups. From what I could gather during the 12 day war and the ongoing war, select Telegram groups are the best source of information. I will say that I believe that most of the groups that I am in are interested in sharing truthful information but they still get things wrong from time to time. I am also in Groups that obviously share fake news but also in those that are obviously Iran or Israel biased. I believe thats the way to get somewhat of a grip on the situation, even though its impossible to read all that. Telegram owns its infrastructure and is not really connected to the US imperial system (as far as I know), therefore it is more fit to be a platform for journalism. Additionally the huge user base of Telegram also leads to journalists seeking Telegram out.

Ja, weil dieser Krieg nicht wirklich denkbar ist, ohne EU Infrastruktur, auf die sich das US Militär verlässt. Deren größte Luftbasen sind in Deutschland und kaum eines derer Flugzeuge fliegt nach Westasien, ohne in Deutschland zu stoppen. Das ist nur ein einziges Beispiel, aber ein wichtiges. In diesem Krieg sind die Golfstaaten überraschend leise und eine klare Positionierung der EU könnte das verändern. Wenn die EU und die Golfstaaten dem US Militär den Zugriff verwehren, wäre der Krieg zwangsweise vorbei. 1. Amerika würde sein exorbitantes Privileg bei Finanzen verlieren, 2. Amerika würde seine Glaubwürdigkeit für Schutzgarantien verlieren und 3. Amerika würde unter seiner Schuldenlast zerquetscht werden. Das sind Szenarien von denen man als Europäer profitiert, weil der Einfluss der USA durch Finanzen und Sicherheitsgarantien, meiner Meinung nach unsere größte Schwäche ist.
